Highly recommend. I would give this place 20 stars if I could . I’ve never met a vet where they love and care such about fur babies like this place does. Staff are so friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful . They actually care about the pet and not making money. Pudgie loves everyone here and wishes them happy holidays ❤️

I don't usually go to a Vet unless I have to, Like if my dogs are Sick or Something. I usually get their Shots at a Clinic at a Pet Store or Something Like that. Not that I have an issue with having a Steady & familiar Vet. It's Just the cost's are S0000 expensive and Im a retired Guy So funds are tight.. But, I assure you ,My Dogs are healthy and cared for at all times. Anyways,I recently had to Say goodbuy to my Little Yorkie " Gizmo" who was (as far as I could tell) about 16 - 18 yrs old ! He basically Just got old. Very old. I rescued him from an abusive home 16 plus yrs ago. They told me he was 3 yrs old at that time and I had him for 16 years. So you do the math. He was old! He Lost his eye sight Several months ago and his hearing went as well. He was getting around Pretty Well for most of this year. He Just needed a little help every now and then. Well, The Past 2 weeks he declined rapidly and his Quality of life Just wasn't good anymore. it was breaking my heart. So I searched out a local vet to have him euthanized. I ended up at the VCA Neshaminy Location and needless to Say, it was a hard day. I had no Idea of the Cost's involved because it's been a while Since I've had to make this kind of decision. The staff was 100 percent careing and understanding of my whole situation. They were respectful and caring of all my wishes and even found a way for me to afford the Bill. I have nothing but positive things to say especially on such a Sad day . I played it off tough and gruff When dealing with the whole situation but when I got in my truck to go home it all hit me. my Little buddy was gone. not a fun ride home at all ! but, if they read these reviews...I want to thank you all at Neshaming for making such a hard day a little easier for me to Get through. I Think Im going to Look into Some basic Wellness insurance for my other dog Rocky. He's a 3 yr old American Pit Bull terrier that I rescued about a year ago. Id like to be able to get him Set up with normal Vet Visits at VCA Neshaminy . Heres a pic of Gizmo Just 2 days before I Said goodbye to him and another with This buddy " Rocky " . BIG ISSUE, my dog who is so sweet and went to this location due to availability at the one knights road too booked out and now I understand why. The older woman behind the desk had the nerve to say our dogs collar was not on tight enough because like any dog she was very nervous/excited and had to hold her back a little tight due to seeing other dogs. She is very nice and approachable and think that lady should find another job.

First I can say, we have been going to VCA for our pet care needs since 2017 and I will never go anywhere else. Long over due for an actual review. In the past when my dogs needed surgery they text to let you know everything is fine. They are great about getting back to you, and getting you in as quick as they can and try and accommodate they best way possible. Fast forward to today. Here we go again. A "quick follow up" to the vet, and "lies" from mommy saying, " this time they don't need to poke and prod you like last time, I promise. You had your vaccines, so today is just a look" turns into the cone of shame. Storm had a cyst on her back that has been bothering her. So we tried apaquel which is a doggie anti itch medication. It did not work. So today was a follow up from that and they said she would need sedation and surgery. Timing is everything and lucked out that the surgeon who did her prior cyst removal was there today and in between patients. The doctor said she remembered her case and since her previous cyst removal was so easy we can try and just aspirate her spot and hope that works instead of full surgery with sedation (much cheaper with what we did today) also if it works then she is on the road to recovery faster. She also had 2 spots so they just did both even though only 1 was biopsied at her last visit. Props to VCA and her doctor. As a pet parent they could've said let's do surgery and it be done at that. I would've been none the wiser and she would be waiting probably 2 more weeks easy, and be paying over 1,000 VRS today that was $150. Her providers today were amazing! So for now, life sucks cuz mommy is making me wear the cone of shame, once again. We're stressed, pissed and deactivated but snoring. Thank you to the entire staff at VCA from FOH to BOH for always caring for your patients l, but my babies.

Molly was the first dog I ever owned at age 15 , I remember it like yesterday when I could just fit her in the palm of my hand. She was my best friend. I am 32 now, We practically grew up together. She has taught me so much and showed me what it was like to know what a true bond consists of. The love from a dog is unmatched, im so grateful to have experienced what a loving animal Molly was. She made it through 17 years of a great life. I knew the end of her road was going to be tough on me, but I’ve never thought I’d feel so much agony and pain in my entire life. The depression of trying to adjust without her by my side is taking its toll on me severely. I lost my appetite, I cry myself to sleep, and I hold her collar next to me to try and still feel her presence. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to VCA Neshaminy Animal Hospital for handling my dog with exceptional service and making her comfortable during her time of need. Molly now has a beautiful memorial in my yard that I can cherish forever. The pain of losing her is unexplainable, but the comfort of knowing she was in good hands helps ease the grief during this process. Thanks so much , truly - Ryan
